You can't 'sell' it, you trade it. When you buy a new property, the game gives you a trade-in value for your old one. Not the best deal but better than nothing!

Oh boy, looks like someone's got buyer's regret! No worries, though. In GTA, you can't directly sell a house like holding a yard sale. What you CAN do is trade it in when buying a new property. The game will offer you a trade-in price for your old house, which gets deducted from the price of the new one. Kinda like part-exchanging cars, but with more virtual paperwork!

Actually, you're outta luck if you wanna just sell and bank the cash. GTA doesn鈥檛 let you sell properties outright. Best move? Upgrade to a nicer place and consider the trade-in discount a 'selling price.'

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
