Ah, the age-old question of real estate in the virtual world of GTA 5 Online! Sadly, you can't outright sell a property like you can a car to Los Santos Customs. What you CAN do is trade it in when buying a new one. So, when you're eyeing that fancy high-rise or a cozy garage across Los Santos, you'll get a trade-in value for your old spot. It's like part exchanging your old car, but with more style and, well, illegal activities.

I sold my old apartment in GTA Online by trading it in for a new one. Basically, just pick the new place you want, and the game offers you a trade-in price for your current property. Easy peasy.

Nope, you can't sell properties in GTA 5 Online like a garage sale. You can only trade them in towards the purchase of something new. It's a bummer, but hey, it's a chance to upgrade!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
