Easy peasy! Just log in to the PS5 with the account that has the PS Plus subscription. Then go to 'Settings' > 'Users and Accounts' > 'Other' > 'Console Sharing and Offline Play' and enable it. Boom, all users on that PS5 can enjoy the PS Plus benefits!
