Block low and punish! Most of the moves from Demon Flip can be blocked low. After you block, get in a good counter.

I usually just use an anti-air move when he goes for the Demon Flip. Knocks him out of the air every time!

Avoid it? Sometimes it's better to backdash out of range and reset the fight rather than getting caught up in it.
