Easy-peasy! Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Privacy. Under 'How People Find and Contact You,' change 'Who can send you friend requests?' to 'Friends of friends.'

Ok, here鈥檚 the quick fix: Settings > Privacy > Who can send you friend requests? Set that to 'Friends of friends.' Bam! Done.

Pro tip: Just set friend requests to 'Friends of friends' in your privacy settings. It's that simple.

Speaking from experience, this trick saved me from a flood of random requests: Settings, then Privacy, and adjust 'Who can send you friend requests?' to 'Friends of friends.' Problem solved!

You can't completely stop ALL requests, but setting it to 'Friends of friends' will cut down on them a lot.
