Just whack a larva in a beehive. It's in the Underground Jungle. Queen Bee will pop up to say hi - or, more accurately, to try and take you down.

Honestly, just craft the Abeemination. Easier to control the fight on your terms rather than spelunking into a hive unprepared.

Summoning Queen Bee is super easy once you know the tricks! Break one of the larva sacs hidden inside the bee hives in the Underground Jungle. The hive looks like a big, honey-filled room. When you break the larva, Queen Bee gets angry and comes to fight. If breaking stuff isn't your style, craft an Abeemination using 5 Honey Blocks, 1 Stinger, 5 Hive Blocks, and 1 Bottled Honey at a Demon/Crimson Altar. Use this item in the Jungle biome to manually summon her. Good luck, you'll need it!
