I opened mine last week! Take out the hard drive bay first by unscrewing the single screw. Then work on the rest of the screws to get the case open. Watch some YouTube videos if you get stuck!

First, unplug everything and move to a static-free workspace. Use a T9 Torx screwdriver to remove the screws on the back. Slide off the cover and you'll have access to the insides. Be careful not to force anything!

Do you really need to take it apart? Sometimes it's better to let the pros handle it to avoid voiding your warranty or messing things up.

It's not that hard! Just unscrew the screws on the back using a T9 Torx screwdriver and carefully remove the cover. Easy peasy!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
