I've done this before by buying my friend's custom merchandise. Just make sure they price it correctly for the amount you want to give.
Yep, no direct transfer. Just have them create an item like a game pass or clothing. Then you can buy it to send them robux!
You can't transfer robux directly! But you can buy your friend's game pass or donate through their group if they have one, which gives them robux.
