In Valorant, unlocking new agents is part of the fun! When you first start playing, you'll earn two free agents fairly quickly by completing the introductory contracts. After that, you'll need to activate an agent's contract and reach Tier 5 to unlock them. You can progress in these contracts by earning XP through playing games. So, basically, play a lot and choose wisely which agent's contract you're grinding!
Honestly, just pick the ones you really want and focus on those contracts first. No need to rush unlocking them all unless you're really into collecting.
