Honestly, just pay the 35k gold to Joja. It's way faster and less of a hassle than trying to complete all those bundles.
To unlock the Greenhouse in Stardead Valley, you gotta complete one of the two bundles: either the Pantry bundles in the Community Center, or if you've sided with Joja, buy it through the Joja Community Development Projects for 35,000g. Pantry bundles are all about farm produce, so get those crops growing!
