To unlock Glyde, head to the room with the four mushrooms in Snowdin (between the Lesser Dog and Greater Dog fights), and keep walking around without fighting for 3 minutes or so. Glyde will eventually appear!

Bruh, just walk around in the room with the mushrooms in Snowdin. He'll eventually pop up. Patience is key!

Took me forever, but you gotta go to that mushroom room in Snowdin and strut around aimlessly for a bit. Glyde will show up eventually!

If you want to find Glyde, just keep wandering around the room with the mushrooms in Snowdin, but make sure you're not fighting anything. It might take a while, so be patient!
