On console? Go to your game library and check for updates there. Pretty straightforward!
If you're on mobile, just hit up the App Store or Google Play and tap update. Easy peasy!
I've had to do this a few times. On my phone, I just go to the app store, but on Steam, I had to restart it once to get it to check for updates.
