Instagram doesn鈥檛 support Live Photos directly. Convert it to a video first by using the 'Save as Video' option in the Photos app, then share it.
First, you'll need to convert your Live Photo into a video. Open the Live Photo in your Photos app, swipe up, and choose 'Save as Video.' Then, just upload the video to Instagram like you normally would!
From my experience, the easiest way is to use the Boomerang app. Open your Live Photo in it and save as a Boomerang video, then upload to Instagram.
