How do you upload PDF to Facebook?
So you can't directly upload a PDF like you would an image. Instead, upload it to Google Drive or another cloud service, then share the link on Facebook.

You can only post a PDF in Facebook Groups, not on your personal timeline. Use the 'Add File' option in the group.
Just convert the PDF to an image or text format, then upload it as a photo or post!
I usually upload my PDFs to Dropbox and then share the link on Facebook. Works like a charm!
