You need to upload your image to Roblox as a decal. Once it's approved, use the Painting item in Bloxburg and enter the decal's ID. That's it!
Honestly, you're better off sticking to the built-in images. Uploading your own is just more hassle than it's worth.
Just upload your pic to Roblox, get the asset ID, and pop it into the Bloxburg Painting object. Boom, custom artwork!
