It's pretty simple! Go to the Settings & Privacy section, click on Settings, then Personal Information. There, you'll have an option to add your phone number or email. Facebook will send a verification code to confirm.
Just add your phone number or email in the settings and follow the prompts. Easy peasy!
From my experience, verifying with a phone number is the fastest way. Just make sure your number is active!
