How does a woman give birth in Fallout Shelter?
In Fallout Shelter, when a woman gives birth, it's all pretty automatic. After you've successfully paired a male and female Dweller in the living quarters, and they do their little dance, the female Dweller will become pregnant. There's no additional action required from you; time will do its thing. After a few hours, you'll see her with a baby bump, and soon after, a baby Dweller appears in your Vault. The baby will then take another few hours to grow into a contributing member of your Vault society. No mess, no fuss, just the miracle of life, Vault-style!

Actually, it's a bit unrealistic how simplified they made it. In real life, childbirth is a significant event, but in Fallout Shelter, it's just a waiting game. Makes you wish life was as simple as a mobile game, huh?
It's like magic, honestly. Pair up, wait, and boom - baby Dweller. No need for water breaking or rushing to a hospital. Fallout Shelter keeps it simple and drama-free.
