In Apex Legends, your health is super important if you wanna be the last squad standing. You start with a health bar that can max out at 100 health points. To protect yourself, you can find and wear body armor which gives you shields on top of your health, varying from 50 to 100 extra points depending on the armor's level. You can restore health with items like Syringes and Med Kits, and Shields can be replenished with Shield Cells and Batteries. Remember, keeping your shields up is easier than healing, so prioritize those shield upgrades!

Honestly, just find a Lifeline for your squad. Her drone heals you up without wasting supplies. Game changer!

Just shoot 'em 'til they drop, right? Nah, it's about strategy! Your health doesn't regenerate on its own, so grab those Med Kits. Also, shields are your best friend. Higher level = better survival.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
