Guess Pitch in MLB The Show lets you predict the type and location of the next pitch. If you're correct, your contact and power improve, giving you a better chance to get a hit. If you're wrong, you might end up swinging at air!

You activate Guess Pitch by pressing a button before the pitcher starts their windup. Then, choose a pitch type and location. Choose wisely!

Don't bother with Guess Pitch, just trust your eyes and reflexes. Worked for me!

Tried it myself: Guess Pitch is all about strategy. Nailing down the pitcher's patterns can seriously up your game. Guess right, and you'll be smashing home runs like it's batting practice!

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
