Spoiler alert! In the 2011 series, Gon finally reunites with Ging after a long journey. It's a sweet but open-ended conclusion.
The anime ends with Gon finding Ging. Not much else鈥攌eep an eye out for more content if they ever continue!
Honestly, it leaves you wanting more. Gon finds Ging, but the story feels like it could go on forever.
So Gon finally meets Ging, and it's at a super high location! Not much closure for other characters, though.
