Sam gets infected after a brutal fight with a bunch of infected. He hides the bite, and as they’re holed up in a house, he succumbs to the infection overnight. Henry, his brother, has to face the tragic reality and ends up taking his own life after shooting the now-infected Sam. Tough scene, man.

Sam's death is one of the saddest parts! He hides his infection, turns, and Henry has to shoot him. Henry then ends his own life. Absolutely brutal!

Sam hides his infection and turns. Henry's reaction ends tragically. It's one of the most emotional parts of the game. :(
