In Pokemon TCG, when a Pokemon is asleep, you gotta turn the card sideways to show it's snoozing off. It can't attack or retreat while it's catching Z's. At the end of your turn, flip a coin - heads means it wakes up and you turn the card back upright, but tails means it's still napping and stays sideways.

Sleep in Pokemon TCG? Just flip a coin at the end of your turn, heads = wakey wakey, tails = more snooze time. Simple as that!

Frankly, the sleep condition isn't that big of a deal in competitive play. Most players have ways to work around it or avoid it completely. It's more of a nuisance than a game changer.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
