In the Pokemon TCG, when a Pokemon is asleep, you gotta turn that card sideways to show it's snoozing. It can't attack or retreat while it's catching Z's. At the end of your turn, you flip a coin - if you get heads, your Pokemon wakes up and is ready to battle again. If it's tails, it keeps dreaming.

Sleep in Pokemon TCG is pretty straightforward. You flip a coin after your turn ends. Heads, your Pokemon wakes up. Tails, it stays asleep. Remember, asleep Pokemon can't attack or switch out without some special card effects.

Honestly, I think Sleep is one of the simpler status conditions to understand in Pokemon TCG, but it can totally change the game if you use it right. Flip that coin well!

Sleep? Just flip a coin for it after your turn. Easy.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
