How does Wild Pair work in MTG?
AlteringBeryl·7 months agoActually, it's not just about summoning any creature with the same total stats. The creatures you bring to the battlefield with Wild Pair’s ability really need to have the EXACT same total power and toughness as the creature you cast. So, 3/3 won't get you a 2/4. It's more like a strategic matchmaker than a wild party!

Wild Pair is an enchantment card that turns the game into a fun zoo. Whenever you cast a creature spell, if you have Wild Pair on the battlefield, you can look through your library for a creature card with the same total power and toughness as the creature you just cast, then put it onto the battlefield for free. Remember, you need to shuffle your library afterward. So, if you cast a creature with 3 power and 3 toughness, you can fetch a creature with a total of 6 power and toughness combined. It's like calling a creature's long-lost twin to the party!
