Keep it slow and steady, buddy – anything faster than a brisk walk (10.5 km/h) and you're pushing it!

From personal experience, if you're booking it like an Olympic sprinter, your Pokémon GO app will definitely say, 'Slow down, Speed Racer!' – Stick to a casual walking or biking pace for the best gameplay.

You can move faster than a walk, but if you're thinking of testing your app in the car, good luck – it won't track that speed.

You can move at a walking pace, but if you go over 10.5 km/h (about 6.5 mph), the game might stop tracking your distance for eggs and buddy Pokémon!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
