Affinity is seriously good in the right environment, especially in formats like Modern where it has a solid history. It's all about dropping artifacts quickly and using cards like "Arcbound Ravager" and "Cranial Plating" to turn even your most insignificant creatures into massive threats. The deck is fast, aggressive, and can catch opponents off guard. However, it does have its vulnerabilities, like any deck, to things like artifact removal and board wipes.

Affinity used to be a powerhouse, but it's not what it once was. With new sets and cards constantly changing the game, it's been outpaced by other strategies. Still, in a casual setting or with the right pilot at a Modern tournament, it can do some damage.

Honestly, if you love a fast, synergistic playstyle and have a knack for resource management, Affinity can be an absolute blast. I've been running an Affinity deck for years, and nothing beats the feeling of assembling a lethal board out of seemingly nowhere.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
