Unfortunately, once you delete a message on Facebook, it's gone for good. So, be careful with that delete button!
I've been down this road. If you deleted the message, it's lost forever. Try asking the other person if they still have it.
Deleted means deleted on Facebook. There's no magical undo button, sorry!
