Plot armor, my friend! In a world where ninjas shoot fireballs and aliens invade, should we really be surprised?

Boruto's alive thanks to Momoshiki鈥檚 Karma! That alien Otsutsuki used his crazy space magic to keep Boruto around, even after the bad stuff went down.

Let's be real, Boruto is the main character. They鈥檙e not gonna kill him off that easily!

From what I saw in the anime, Boruto survived because Momoshiki, an Otsutsuki, had implanted his Karma in him, granting him miraculous recovery powers.

In the series, Momoshiki Otsutsuki鈥檚 Karma mark essentially revives or heals Boruto, giving him a second lease on life.
