From what I've seen, it's probably going to end with Goku and Vegeta having an epic battle to determine the strongest fighter once and for all.

Well, if the pattern continues, expect a massive showdown with Goku unlocking some new, ridiculous power level! Maybe even another magical wish with the Dragon Balls.
Honestly, I think the series will leave room for future arcs. Dragon Ball never really ends, does it?
