How Long Can Instagram Videos Be?
For regular posts on your feed, videos can be up to 60 seconds long. For Instagram Stories, it's 15 seconds per clip, but you can string multiple clips together. Reels can be up to 90 seconds, and IGTV videos can go up to 60 minutes!

From my experience, Instagram gives you a lot of options, but it's 60 seconds for regular posts, 15 seconds for Stories (but you can string them), 90 seconds for Reels, and up to 60 minutes for IGTV videos.
