Season 2's episode count isn't out yet. But, judging by anime standards and the arc it's covering, I'd bet on something similar to or slightly more than Season 1. Fingers crossed for tons of episodes!
24 episodes would be perfect for S2, given how packed the Shibuya Incident is. Just my two cents.
