Honestly, it took me like 20 hours because I ignored most of the side stuff. Fight me.
My playthrough took about 50 hours because I kept getting distracted by all the dungeons. Totally worth it though!
Arena's length can vary quite a bit depending on your playstyle. Expect anywhere from 20 to 50+ hours.
The game is as long as you make it. Main quest? 30 hours. Doing everything? 50 hours plus easy.
