Honestly, around 25-30 hours if you don't get sidetracked. Good luck with that in Tamriel!
It's about 30 hours, but with all the distractions, it'll feel like trying to walk a straight line in a maze of side quests!
From my experience, the main questline in ESO took me roughly 40 hours. But hey, I love to explore every nook and cranny, so your mileage may vary!
