It's down till it's not! But seriously, check Riot's Twitter. They're pretty good at keeping us in the loop.

From my experience, it's never been longer than a few hours. Riot Games seems to have their stuff together, so it's usually quick. Had a few times where it was up faster than they said.

Usually, when Valorant goes down, it's for a patch or server maintenance. It can last from 1 to 4 hours, depending on the update's size or the maintenance work needed. Riot Games typically announces these downtimes in advance on their official social media channels and the game's website, so keeping an eye there is your best bet for the most accurate info!

4 hours max, I'd say. Anything longer and the internet starts to collectively lose its mind.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
