You can finish The Outer Worlds main story in about 15-20 hours if you stick to the main quests! But hey, if you're like me and get sidetracked by every shiny side quest and fascinating character, you're looking at around 30-40 hours easy.

Main story takes around 15-20 hours. Add side quests and exploration, and it can be up to 40 hours.

Depends. Main storyline: 15-20 hours. All content: around 40 hours. Happy gaming!

I polished off the main story in about 18 hours, binge-style. If you take your time and savor the side quests and all the rich world-building (seriously, it's amazing), you could easily double that. Enjoy!
