After you get that magic email saying your Steam Deck is ready, generally it's a case of 'hurry up and wait.' Most users report getting their hands on the device within 1-2 weeks. It really boils down to shipping times, which can vary wildly depending on where you live. So, brace yourself for a short wait, but it'll be in your hands before you know it!

Honestly, it feels like it takes forever, but it's usually about a week or two. The anticipation is the real killer here.

2 weeks max. If it's longer, contact support!

It took almost exactly 7 days for mine to go from 'email received' to 'playing my entire Steam library in the palm of my hands.' Valve's pretty good at this, so expect a week give or take.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
