It usually takes a few weeks to get your second Warframe, depending on how often you play and how focused you are on farming the necessary parts.
Just grind like crazy and you can get a second Warframe in no time, maybe even within a week!
Honestly, if RNG favors you and you're grinding regularly, you could nab your second Warframe in about 10-15 days.
If you're lucky with drops and put in a few hours daily, around two weeks should do it.
