Here's a simple recipe for chicken curry in Telugu: 1. चिक्कन टुकिदालु (Chicken pieces) - 500 grams 2. उल्लीकदलू (Onions) - 2 (finely chopped) 3. तामाटालू (Tomatoes) - 2 (chopped) 4. वेल्लुल्ली मुडकालु (Garlic cloves) - 5 (paste) 5. आलम पेस्ट (Ginger paste) - 1 tsp 6. धनिया (Coriander powder) - 1 tsp 7. जीरा (Cumin seeds) - 1 tsp 8. मिर्चपोडी (Chili powder) - 1 tsp 9. हल्दी (Turmeric) - 1/2 tsp 10. करीपक (Curry leaves) - few 11. तेल (Oil) - 3 tbsp 12. नमक (Salt) - to taste 13. कोथमीर (Coriander leaves) - for garnish Steps: 1. तेल गरम चेयंडी (heat oil) in a pan. Add जीरा (cumin seeds) and करीपक (curry leaves). 2. Add उलीकदलू (onions) and fry till golden brown. 3. Add वेल्लुल्ली आलम पेस्ट (garlic ginger paste) and fry till raw smell disappears. 4.
