In Commander, a hugely popular format in Magic The Gathering, each deck must have exactly 100 cards. This count includes your commander, who leads your deck. Unlike other formats, you can't have more or less; it's always a neat stack of 100.
100 cards and not one card more! That includes your commander. Keeps the game interesting and strategic, if you ask me.
