It's actually about the deck you build, not just the cards you draft. Starts with picking 45, but you gotta trim that down to a lean, mean, 40-card deck. And yeah, that includes lands. Been to dozens of drafts, and it's the deck-building challenge that really hooks ya.

Just 40 cards to play. Draft more, keep less. It's about the strategy, not just the count.

In an MTG draft, each player starts with 3 booster packs. Since each pack has 15 cards, you'll be picking from a pool of 45 cards initially. But remember, you don't keep all 45; you'll draft and pass cards around the table, ending up with a deck of about 40 cards, including lands.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
