Honestly, there's no one-size-fits-all answer. I've run decks with only 5 creatures because it was focused on instants and sorceries. It's all about your play style and what you're trying to accomplish with your deck.

Just put in all the creatures! Kidding, unless you're playing a super aggressive strategy, in which case, why not? But seriously, it's about balance. Make sure you have enough creatures to support your deck's theme without sacrificing key spells and lands.

The number of creatures in a 60-card MTG deck can vary widely based on the deck's strategy. However, a common starting point is about 20-30 creatures for a creature-heavy deck. For control or spell-heavy decks, you might see as few as 10-15 creatures. Always tweak based on your deck's needs!

15, no more, no less. That's the sweet spot. Anything else and you're playing it wrong. (This is obviously a hot take, please adjust according to your actual strategy!)

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
