I keep around 5 decks ready to go at any time. A mix of Commander, Standard, and a couple of fun, quirky decks for casual play. Helps to have a range to keep things interesting and to be ready for whatever game night throws at me.

One. Life's too short to keep track of multiple decks. Plus, mastering a single deck lets you really get to know its ins and outs.
Three. I've got a Commander deck that's my pride and joy, a Modern deck I'm constantly tweaking, and a Standard deck so I can jump into FNM without too much hassle.
Just 2 for me. One serious competitive deck for tournaments and one casual deck for playing with friends. Keeps it simple and budget-friendly.
