The perfect number of high-cost cards in your Magic The Gathering deck can vary based on the type of deck you're building. For a balanced deck, aiming for around 5 to 8 high-cost cards (those requiring six or more mana to play) can provide you with powerful late-game options without clogging up your hand early on. Remember, it's crucial to have a good curve, so don't forget to include lower-cost cards to ensure you're playing something every turn.

Depends on your strategy, but less is more. Keep it tight - 2 to 4 high-cost bombs should be plenty if your deck's built right. You want to survive until you can play them, after all.

Honestly, just fill your deck with cheap spells and a couple of game-enders. High-cost cards are overrated unless they're absolutely game-changing. I've won more matches with low-cost creatures and spells than those big, flashy ones.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
