Oh, you've opened up a can of collectible worms! The number of Hot Wheels designs is mind-boggling. We're talking thousands upon thousands. Since its inception in 1968, Hot Wheels has released over 20,000 models. This includes everything from fantasy designs that look like they've zoomed out of a kid's wildest dreams, to ultra-detailed replicas of real-world cars. So, if you're thinking of starting a collection... good luck, you're gonna need a bigger shelf!

Just a quick note here - it's A LOT. Imagine every car you've ever thought of, and then sprinkle some magic Hot Wheels creativity on top. That's how many.

Too many to count accurately! But seriously, the last official number I heard was over 20,000 unique designs. And that's not even counting the variations and special editions. Collecting them all might just be the ultimate challenge.

If love Hot Wheels, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Several of those prizes are trending Hot Wheels, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
