PS members have sunk an astronomical amount of time into GTA 5, but finding an exact total of hours played is like trying to count all the stars in the sky. Since GTA 5's release in 2013, millions of players have been logging hours nonstop, but only Sony has the precise numbers. It's safe to say, though, that the total hours are probably in the billions given GTA 5's popularity.

Honestly, it's gotta be in the billions of hours. GTA 5 isn't just a game; it's a lifestyle for some. Wish we could see the actual stats, though.

Billions of hours, easily. Every update just adds more reasons to keep playing. GTA 5 is a black hole for time, in the best way possible.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
