How Many Lords Should You Have in Total War Warhammer?
Depends on your playstyle, really. Personally, I start with a couple and add more as my empire expands. More territory needs more lords!

It's all about balance! Early game, stick with 1-2 lords to reduce upkeep costs. Late game, go crazy with 4-5+ to defend and attack simultaneously!
I usually only have as many lords as I can comfortably afford. No point in bankrupting yourself with too many.
Sometimes less is more. Early game: 1. Mid game: 2-3. Late game: 4-5. Quality over quantity!
