As of now, there's no set number for future Splatfests in Splatoon 3. They pop up when Nintendo decides to roll out a fun new theme!
From my experience, Splatoon 3 tends to sprinkle a bunch of Splatfests throughout the year. No one's gonna tell us exactly how many, but they ain't stopping anytime soon!
