As of my last binge session, One Piece has over 1,000 episodes, but not all of them are crucial to the main storyline. If you want to stick to the main plot and skip the rest, you're looking at around 950 non-filler episodes. But hey, some of those fillers are pretty entertaining, so you might not want to skip them all!
Around 950 non-filler episodes. Just get a Crunchyroll Premium subscription and start watching. You won't regret it, and you'll probably forget to count the episodes anyway because you'll be too busy enjoying the adventure.
