Just two main ones, really. Nook's Cranny for your everyday needs and the Able Sisters for when you wanna jazz up your look. Anything else is just a pop-up shop or part of an event.

Nook's Cranny is where it's at! But don't forget about the Able Sisters. They've saved my avatar from many fashion disasters. Plus, the Museum's gift shop is a hidden gem for neat trinkets.

In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you start with one shop, Nook's Cranny. As you progress, you'll unlock the Able Sisters clothing shop, Museum (which has a shop component in the form of a gift shop after certain upgrades), and a few more depending on in-game events and updates, like the seasonal Kicks and Leif stalls. So, technically, you start with one but can access multiple shopping options as you play!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
