War Thunder's matchmaking system uses Battle Ratings (BR) to balance teams. Vehicles are grouped by BR, and each match tries to keep the BR close, usually within a 1.0 BR range. So if you're in a tank with a 5.3 BR, expect to fight vehicles between 4.3 and 6.3 BR. Aim for that sweet spot when picking your lineup!
